Position: Director of Structured Finance Location: Hong Kong Work Type: Full Time Investment Banking A HK-listed Investment Bank, mainly controlled by a top state-owned financial holding group from PRC and fully licensed with HK SFC, is looking for an experienced and qualified Director of Structured Finance to join their group in Hong Kong Job Description Expertise in completing project pooling asset selection, transaction structure design, cash flow forecasting, and proceeding with the documentation Provide seamless origination, structuring, execution and distribution support that relate to Structured Finance projects such as asset-backed securitization Responsible for market development, institutional roadshows, business negotiations as well as customer maintenance Identify and tailor solutions for clients through in-depth analysis. Support syndicate and distribution functions, in collaboration with sales teams. Requirements Master degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance Minimum 8 years solid working experience in Investment Banking or 6 years mainly in Structured Finance, no matter in Mainland China or Hong Kong Strong deal accumulation in Structured Finance is a must Excellent written/oral presentation skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
