Our client, a Chinese Background Investment bank is looking for a Head Of DCM. To cope with rapid growth and business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber professionals to join them. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop and excel your career with a reputable bank. Job Description: Formulate and deliver business development strategies. Lead the DCM team to drive for business success. Originate, advise and execute on a variety of debt products (senior unsecured, hybrid capital, secured mezzanine and etc.) with focus on China region and Chinese Clients. Formulate client pitches and recommendations using updated market trends and own analysis. Execution of deals including documentation, working with issuers, preparing marketing materials, coordinating internally/externally for complete transactions. Collaborate with sales/distribution team and other banks/lawyers/accountants/rating advisory partners on deals. Main Requirements: Accounting/ legal background and ability to understand/analyze financial statements. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relevant field. Familiar with various credit product securities rules & regulations. Innovative, self-motivated, fast learning, able to think critically, and familiar with mainland culture.
