穆迪：冠君产业信讬上半年业绩支持其Baa1评级

Hong Kong, August 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Champion Real Estate Investment Trust's (Champion REIT) results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 (1H 2016) were in line with Moody's expectations and continue to support its Baa1 issuer rating. The rating outlook remains stable. "Champion REIT's overall rental income grew steadily during 1H 2016 because of the notable improvement in rental income for Three Garden Road, and the stable operations of Langham Place," says Stephanie Lau, a Moody's Assistant Vice President and Analyst.
