Investment Banking A HK-listed Investment Bank, mainly controlled by a top financial holding group from PRC and fully licensed with HK SFC, is looking for an experienced and qualified Director to join their DCM group in Hong Kong
Job Description
| - | To grow and drive DCM activities and support teams in DCM related opportunities. |
|---|---|
| - | Focus on issuers covering SOEs, POEs and financial institutions. |
| - | Provide seamless origination, structuring, execution and distribution support that maximizes DCM mandate and revenue opportunities and completion of mandated transactions. |
| - | Identify and tailor solutions for clients through in-depth analysis. |
| - | Support syndicate and distribution functions, in collaboration with sales teams. |
| - | Maintain and enhance working relationship with external and internal customers. |
Requirements
| - | Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance |
|---|---|
| - | Minimum 8+ years or above solid experience in an Investment Banking/ Capital Markets(DCM) or Securities environment. |
| - | Strong deal experience in Debt Capital Markets(DCM) is a must |
| - | Excellent written/oral presentation skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. |
| - | Highly motivated individual, with the ability to work independent. |
| - | Fluency in Mandarin is a must. |
