Position: DCM Director Location: Hong Kong Work Type: Full Time Investment Banking A Chinese SOE Investment Bank, with a strong network in PRC, is looking for an experienced and qualified VP or Director to join their DCM group in Hong Kong. Job Description To grow and drive Greater China DCM activities and support Greater China Origination teams in DCM related opportunities. Focus on issuers covering SOEs, POEs and financial institutions. Provide seamless origination, structuring, execution and distribution support that maximises DCM mandate and revenue opportunities and completion of mandated transactions for Greater China clients. Identify and tailor solutions for clients through in-depth analysis. Support bank's syndicate and distribution functions, in collaboration with regional syndicate and global sales teams. Maintain and enhance working relationship with external and internal customers. Cross sell other debt solutions within bank's DCM franchise like loan syndication, project finance and leverage finance Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits. Requirements Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 8+ years or above solid experience in an Investment Banking/Capital Markets (DCM) or Securities environment. Strong deal experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is a must Excellent written/oral presentation skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
